Construction Logistics Plans

CTP produce Construction Logistics Plans (CLP) for clients to submit to Local and Highway Authorities across the country.

Construction Logistics Plans are required to ensure that proposed developments can be constructed without detriment to the operations of the local highway network.

A Construction Logistics Plan explains to council officers, the local community, contractors and suppliers how a development will be delivered, which routes will be utilised to access and leave the site, vehicle types and numbers and measures in place to reduce impacts.

CTP have expertise producing CLP’s in accordance with Transport for London guidance, which is required for submission with planning applications across London boroughs.

Construction Logistics Plans are similar to Construction Management Plans, Demolition Construction Management and Logistics Plans and others with interchangeable words. If you require any of these documents, please get in touch and we will endeavour to satisfy all highway and transport matters.
